About
Thea Sunada is a character designer and visual storyteller. Her work is informed by her childhood in Hawaii, her adulthood in New Mexico, and her time on the Internet. Thea started to take drawing seriously at age twelve, later to be classically trained under William Zwick. Despite her fine arts education, Thea's artistic interests are in animation and comics. She ultimately wants to use her art to create role models for the next generation of girls and to tell the stories she wishes she had growing up.
